Chicago Dutch Lions FC is proud to have a women’s team since 2021. and also a men’s team since 2022. Both teams compete in the United Soccer Leagues: USL league Two for the men and USL W League for the women. Both leagues are currently the highest amateur level of men’s and women’s soccer in the USA and considered the fourth and second tier in US Soccer. 

The Chicago Dutch Lions FC men’s and women’s teams consists of some of the best local talents (both club, high school and college) combined with several players from Europe and college players from the US. The team usually consists of approximately 26-30 players, with the season running from mid-May until mid-July, depending on play-offs. 

There is a player fee associated for joining the team. This will cover all training session (3 to 4 times a week), 12-14 league games and two sets of Chicago Dutch Lions FC gear for the season. In case you need housing there will be an additional fee. The fee structure for the 2024 will be communicated separately after registration.
