Dayton, July 11, 2018 – Dutch Lions FC NPSL (Houston) won the semi final in the play-offs 3-2 last night in overtime vs n2 Midland-Odessa Sockers FC. The Lions took the lead in 41st minute of a Rodgers shot. His goal seemed to be the game winner but Midland scored the equalizer in stoppage time. Laval scored 2-1 in the 2nd half of overtime and the game seemed to be over when Powell scored an amazing goal from his own half in the 122nd minute. But in the 124th minute Midland scored 3-2 on a PK but the Lions held on to the lead. They now play the Conference final this weekend vs Laredo Heat SC. The winner goes to the National finals.
