The team of Head Coach Dan Griest traveled to number two Lansing United FC (4-0-4) on Saturday and came away with a 1-1 tie keeping the team in first place in the Great Lakes Conference. Cincinnati Dutch Lions FC (1-2-3, 6 points) was leading 2-0 away in Virginia vs WV Chaos (2-1-5, 11 points) but ended up with a 2-2 draw. Cincinnati Dutch Lions Fc and Dayton Dutch Lions FC play eachother this coming Saturday at 7pm at DOC Stadium in a crucial match up for both teams. Dutch Lions FC NPSL (Houston, 4-2-0, 12 points) took 6-1 victory on the road vs FC Brownsville (4-4-0, 12 points). Solomon scored two goals for the Lions. They came up with a huge 2-1 win handing Boca Blast their first loss of the season and putting the Lions in first place of the Conference. Zoey SpitzerĀ and Yvonne Ploeg both scored a goal.New York Dutch Lions FC announced their annual game in New York this week. On Sunday June 24 they will play New York Red Bulls U23 at 7.30pm at MSU. The team consists of former Dutch National Team players. They will announce all players the coming days. FC Cincinnati (9-3-3) had two home games this week. On Wednesday they tied Bethlehem Steel 2-2 in front of 22,407 fans, on Saturday they had very solid performance vs Richmond Kickers and won 4-0 in front of a record 28,026 fans.
