Former Dayton Dutch Lions FC player JJ Williams, who was part of the 2018 USL League 2 Championship team, just signed with Atlanta United FC of coach Frank de Boer. Williams made seven appearances (three starts) for Columbus Crew last year and recorded 23 appearances while on loan for Birmingham (USL Championship), where he finished first in goals scored (seven).
